Door to Door delivery services are provided for the goods you ordered, your purchases will be sent by Post Office courier and we use the service of EMS Express Delivery and HongKong Post

We accept the orders from most countries of the world, especially the following countries:
USA, Canada, Colombia, Mexico, Peru, United Kingdom, Spain, Ireland, France, Austria, Finland, Greece, the Netherlands, Norway, Russia, Australia, Singapore, Malaysia, South Africa and UAE etc

Excepts above countries, we also ship to some other countries, but please note that we DON'T ship to Germany, Brazil, Italy, Israel, New Zealand, and Estonia, for customers from those countries, if you have address in other countries and want an order, please feel free to contact us.

You will receive an email with your order confirmation number and your shipping tracking number. With this tracking number you can track the progress of your purchase.

No worry about the customs taxes, we ship every package as a "Gift" with a low price value. We do not write any content information on the package.

1. All orders are shipped within 1-2 business day from our warehouse. Weekend and holiday order will only be sent the next working day

2. Please allow 7 days for delivery of your orders; orders sent via HongKong Post costs about 20 days for delivery, please allow possible delay due to force majeure, such as clearance waiting and slow logistics during national holiday.

3. Please make sure the shipping address and contact number you entered is correct, we are not responsible for reshipment if you provided us with an incorrect address.

4. Please make sure you can sign the goods by yourself, if you can't or can't sure, please leave message when you place the order, we are not responsible for reshipment if the parcels is sent back with the reason that no one pick up the goods after attempted delivery for several times
